Regional Sales Manager

Responsibilities:
.        Primary Responsibilities : 1.  Responsible for distributor start-up and smooth operation as per assigned territory. He/she should work       top to top with distributor Owner and Operations manager in setting up distributor operations within       his/her region. He/she has to ensure fulfilment of contract elements by respected distributor. 2. Take ownership for the entire selling in and selling out target of the assigned region. 3. To be the first level of problem solver on BPP related issues faced by the distributor in his/her region. 4. Together with core trainers, he/she will handle sales training for DM and operation managers in the      assigned region. 5. Coordinate the work on Logistics / Finance / IT referring to BPP Core work Processes in each territory      within his/her region as well as Distributor Management System (DMS) implementation. 6. To own the BPP KPI and actively drive BPP processes in his/her assigned region. 7.  Conduct monthly and quarterly business review with DM, distributor owner/ operation manager. 8. Lead business planning review and improvement activities involving all DM in the region.   B. Additional Responsibilities 1.   Ensure policies and procedures of the distributor support BPP directions. 2.   Deploy directions and plans of the company to distributor organization           3.   ON needed based, prospect distributor candidate to be recommended to his/her sales manager                    for further reviewed with management.

Requirements:

  • Full-Time position(s) available.
  • Willing to travel and spent most of the time in the market field
  • Has strong commitment to deliver result and report within agreed time limit.
  • Has strong analytical skills.
  • Has good communication and presentation skill
  • Good personality and interpersonal skill
  • Has a strong leadership skills and capable to supervise large number of people
  • Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field.
