PT. Arya Sada Perkasa was established since year 1981 with mission to become main EPC Contractor for National Electricity Board in Indonesia.
We provide power and automation technologies to utility and industry customers. The company offers products and engineering services for power transmission and distribution, which include high voltage Disconnector Switch, Capacitor Switcher, Post Insulator, and other products. Its provides complete EPC systems and services for electrical part of power generation, transmission, and distribution comprising substation and latest SMART GRID systems for automation and control of substations, network management systems, Supervisory and Control Data Acquisitions.
- In coordination with HR & GA:
- Responsible for meeting room bookings
- In coordination with related department, maintain an updated staff contact lists, emergency numbers and various agency contacts numbers
- Ensure that the reception area is clean, staffed and organized at all times during business hours
- Receive, screen and ensure that all incoming and outgoing mails/faxes which includes preparation of airway bill, is delivered in a timely manner
- Answer calls, provides basic information (either by callers or visitors), and re-routes telephone calls, responds to routine inquiries and keeps record of important calls and visits
- Receive and greet visitor to the Company; determine the visitors’ wants and direct them to the person or entity called upon
- Maintain effective filling system related to his/ her tasks
- Maintain exchange rate
- Maintain forms of business trip, leave & permission
- Maintain courier agencies bills record and payment
- Maintain taxi voucher stock and preparation of monthly payment
- Checking and filing time sheets for staff and update the attendance record
- Willing to work for long hours in a high pressure environment
- Pleasant, helpful and professional telephone manner.
- Able to multitask and work well under pressure
- Able to deal with difficult clients or customers
- Flexible, self-motivated and able to use initiative.
- Methodical and good organizational skills.
- Good written and spoken communication skills. English is essential.
- Computer literate and confident when using office equipment (MS word & excel is a must)
- Strong administration background in Receptionist / Administration / Customer Services minimum 2 years
- Minimum education diploma secretary/administration/communication
- Female, single 23-33 years old
